Each of our coaches has been handpicked, trained and certified by Smart Leadership. We do not source externally.
Do I get to pick my coach?
In order to make the coaching as affordable as possible, we have simplified the process. We will assign you a coach based on the information you send us. Every three months you may opt for a change in coach for any reason.
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my coaching experience?
If you are unsatisfied with your coaching, after your first session, you can reach out to us for a full refund, (minus $50 earnest money).
How do I schedule my first appointment?
Upon purchasing coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.
